To Whom It May Concern,

 

Hiring a DJ is very important; they are the glue that holds events and parties together, creates the right atmosphere, make every event memorable for all and are the determining factor if everyone enjoys themselves.  This and more is why I would like to recommend K-So Entertainment for the job.

 

My husband and I met with DJ K-So from K-So Entertainment in consideration for our wedding reception we were to have on September 17, 2016.  I was pleasantly surprised as to the knowledge she had of music in general, but more specifically that of my husband as well as my own very eclectic taste.  She was very professional, polite and pleasant to talk to.  Immediately we felt at ease and confident with her ability.  We were given a written contract that had a lot of considerations for our event that I had not thought of such as announcing toasts, first dances, special moments, a 'do and do not' play list (I can't stand country and was very much appreciative of this) along with many others.

 

K-So Entertainment arrived on time and set up went quickly and smoothly despite the DJ never having been to the location before.  Everyone loved the selection of music and even my older relatives got up and danced.  The children were up and having fun dancing the whole day.  A very well balanced mix of slow and fast music was played and it exceeded our expectations.  My guests commented on how polite, professional and kind the DJ was and how they appreciated the music selection.  I heard compliments on how approachable DJ K-So was and how she listened to my guests.  My 90 year old grandmother, who was almost not able to come due to her broken hip, mentioned that she enjoyed that the DJ played music she remembered dancing to with my step-grandfather back when they first met.  There was a wonderful nostalgic look on her face and she was so very happy.  This is so very important to me as we are not sure how many more of these events she will be able to attend.  My husband and I were very happy to have hired K-So Entertainment for our wedding and would not have had it any other way.

 

On a personal note KC was very knowledgeable and understanding not only of music but what is involved in planing events.  There were times we were reminded of things we hadn't thought of when talking with her.  She stayed in contact with us and asked questions if clarification was needed before the big day. She was able to mingle and get along with everyone no matter what age or background.  You would gain a great asset in hiring her.
